Product Description
This machine tool is an affordable, practical model independently R&D and manufactured by our company. It is specially designed for independent veneer peeling mills, board mills and small-scale printing & paper cutting mills in remote areas where knife sharpening conditions are inconvenient.
The knife sharpener is mainly used to grind tools such as industrial blade, carbide cutters, drills, milling cutters, engraving cutters, mold milling machines, etc. to change their shape, angle, and cutting performance, making them sharper and improving production efficiency.
The blade is polished and grinded back and forth by the grinding head, accompanied by a water cooling system and an automatic lubrication system, to achieve the goal of making the tool sharper.
Types of grindable blades
1.The automatic feed device enables automatic grinding with automatic grinding wheel wear compensation during the blade grinding process after blade installation, requiring no manual intervention and saving approximately 50 minutes of labor time.
2.The original design of the knife sharpener's grinding head with a swinging and rotating angle greater than 90° makes loading/unloading workpieces and replacing grinding wheels more convenient and efficient.
3.The transmission part has changed from the original belt drive to gear drive, ensuring reliable and stable operation.
