The main structure of the hot press includes the frame, the pressure cylinder, the hot pressing plate,

the simultaneous closing mechanism of the layers of the hot pressing plate, the loading and unloading machines, and the temperature and pressure monitoring and adjustment system.

Heating Principle
In the wood based panel hot pressing process, the heat supplied to the board blank for activating the glue is provided by the heating system, whose heat source is the boiler or heat energy factory.
The heating medium is electrical medium, steam or hot oil.
The generated heat is used for wood based panel hot pressing as well as the drying of production raw materials.
When the hot pressing plate heats the board blank, the heat will penetrate into the interior of the board blank, causing the glue to flow and gradually solidify. When the glue is fully solidified, the hot pressing process is complete. The different temperature settings of the hot pressing plates can make the heat distribution more reasonable,
thus producing higher-quality boards.
Working Principle
First, under the action of the heating system on the hot pressing worktable, the fluidity and reactivity of the adhesive are improved, allowing it to penetrate into the fibers of the panel. By heating, the fibers of the panel are softened, making it easier to form the desired curved shape; at the same time, it can effectively kill bacteria, fungi and other harmful organisms.
Then, the pressing system of the plywood hot press begins to work, applying a certain pressure to solidify the adhesive between the panels. Under the uniform pressure, the gaps between the layers of the plywood are compressed, causing the adhesive to effectively fill the voids in the plywood, thereby achieving the fixation and bonding effect of the adhesive.
After a certain period of hot pressing, the hot press enters the cooling stage. At this time, the cooling system will lower the temperature of the plywood to a certain extent, so that it can solidify and maintain the viscosity of the adhesive. The purpose of cooling is to prevent the adhesive from destroying the fiber structure at high temperatures and to obtain better physical properties for the plywood.
