Designed for rapid surface lamination on MDF, particle board, and chipboard substrates, our short cycle hot press machines integrate high structural rigidity, precise pressure control, and reliable hydraulic performance into one robust production system. 

The short cycle hot press is specifically engineered for melamine paper lamination and decorative surface pressing. It adopts a heavy-duty welded frame structure combined with a multi-cylinder hydraulic system to ensure balanced pressure across the entire platen surface. The synchronous hydraulic control system guarantees stable pressing force, consistent thickness tolerance, and excellent bonding strength.
 

Equipped with high-precision temperature control and fast heating platens, the machine ensures efficient heat transfer and reduced curing time, significantly improving production efficiency and lowering energy consumption. The intelligent PLC control system allows accurate parameter setting for pressure, temperature, and pressing time, ensuring repeatable and stable production results.

Our presses are widely applied in the production of furniture boards, laminate flooring, wall panels, and other decorative boards. All machines comply with CE and ISO standards.

Working Principle

 

The hot press first heats the panel through the heating platen system, which increases the fluidity and reactivity of the adhesive. The glue penetrates into the wood fibers, while the heat softens the fibers, making the panel easier to shape and improving bonding performance.

Next, the hydraulic pressing system applies uniform pressure to compress the layers of the plywood. This pressure ensures close contact between veneers, allowing the adhesive to fully fill gaps and create a strong, stable bond.

After the required pressing time, the machine enters the cooling stage.
