Product Description

Veneer peeling machine is used to process logs that have been made round and free of knots by a log rounder. It slices logs into wood chips or veneers. Veneer peeling machines are classified into two types: spindle veneer peeling machine and spindleless venner machine. The processing range of log diameters for a spindleless veneer peeling machine is typically around 25-700mm. The most common range is 30-600mm in log diameter.
The spindleless rotary peeling machine processes logs into continuous veneer strips for plywood and wood-based panels. 
 

Working principle:

The log is supported by an extrusion friction roller that has both a pressing and feeding function and two main friction rollers with surface textures. A peeling knife is screwed into the log under the extrusion friction roller.
