Spindle Less Veneer Peeling Machine

The spindleless rotary peeling machine processes logs into continuous veneer strips for plywood and wood-based panels. 
The high-speed veneer peeling machine is designed for efficient wood processing, suitable for peeling logs into thin veneers for plywood production. The veneer lathe ensure durability and long service life, making them ideal for factories seeking fast, reliable wood veneer production solutions.

Working principle:

The log is supported by an extrusion friction roller that has both a pressing and feeding function and two main friction rollers with surface textures. A peeling knife is screwed into the log under the extrusion friction roller.
