Spindle Less Peeling Machine

The spindleless rotary peeling machine is used to process log into continuous veneer strips for plywood and wood based panel.It is mainly used to recycle the remaining wood cores peeled by the spindle rotary peeling machine or peel the smaller log processed by the wood log debarker.
 
USAGE:

1. The wood section in the spindle less rotary peeling machine is centered and driven by the friction roller.Its wood core diameter is the smallest and the board output rate is the highest.It is mainly used for re-peeling of the wood core.
 
2. The cutting system is flexible and highly automated; it has high precision, high wood utilization rate,and can save costs; the machine responds quickly and is easy to operate.
 
3. The peeling thickness is controlled by a computer program,with a human-machine interface and high peeling accuracy.
 
4. It uses cam feeding structure. The cam is made of high-quality steel and carburized, which is durable.
 
5. The roller is chromium-treated to improve the wear resistance.
 
6. The requirements for manual technology are not high.
 
The machine has an error of ±0.1mm under normal rotary cutting.

Working principle:

1. The wood log is fixed by 3 rollers.
 
2. With the continuous rotation of rollers,the log will be peeled into veneer by knife.
