The spindleless rotary peeling machine efficiently processes logs into continuous veneer strips, which are ideal for producing high-quality plywood and various wood-based panels.

Working principle:

The log is securely held and fed by an extrusion friction roller, which provides both pressing and feeding functions.
Two main friction rollers with specially designed surface textures help stabilize the log during rotation.
A peeling knife is fixed beneath the extrusion roller to slice the log into continuous veneer sheets.
This design ensures uniform veneer thickness, smooth surface quality, and high production efficiency, making it suitable for plywood and other wood-based panel manufacturing.
