How To Use

The operation and maintenance will affect the peeling efficiency and reliability.

1. Preparation before you start the machine:

1)Check all the drive parts and see if there is any block that might stop the driving.

2)Check all the connection bolts and see if the bolts are loose.

3)Check the tensile force of the triangular belt and the driving chain.

4)Check all the lubricating points and see if they were filled with lubricating grease.

5)Check the connection between the motor engine and the transmission

shaft and see if they are well-connected.

2. Log feeding

As to the small-diameter log, please feed the log through the small end.

This will keep the working pressure of the peeling machine.

The feeding pressure was given by the torsional spring. Please check the torsional spring and make sure it works well.

3. When you check the machine and especially when you change the knife, please do remember to turn off the power.

When you change the torsional spring or the spring pull head, especially when you change the torsional spring. Please change all the related

torsional springs, which will make the working pressure at the same level and get nice peeling results.

4. Every time, after you finish the work, please remember to clean all the

parts of the peeling machine and keep them clean
